This past summer I had the pleasure of serendipitously connecting with the gracious and crazy talented Sara Hasstedt in Denver, Colorado. We decided to seize the day (or the week, if you will) and make a little magic happen together. Logistically things were sort of crazy that week because shipping florals halfway across the country can get a bit nutty. But aesthetically things were very lovely. I’m so thrilled to finally share all of the film goodness here with you today from a really special team of vendors. You can also catch more of this editorial production as it was featured over on Style Me Pretty Colorado yesterday. Enjoy the gorgeous, my friends.
Leading up to the shoot, Sara and I discussed at length how important it was for us to create a project that circled back to key words and emotions. Rather than have a theme we wanted to use words to describe out vision. Sara and I both have such soft and feminine yet flirty and fun styles so the concept of Butter and Citrus was born. For us it was a mix of romance and whimsy. The sun that day and the colors of the beautiful venue really complimented our vision and the color palette we decided on. Throw in some delicious florals, stunning stationery and purposeful rentals? You get what you see here my friends!
Jenny Sanders from Graceline Art did all of our stunning stationery. Those watercolor florals are the sweetest.
And of course, none of this would have been possible without the help of some incredible vendors, listed below. Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday, everyone! See you back here on Monday! Xoxo
